Word of God. We use as our model the
Great Commission of Jesus Christ to "Go
into all the world". It is our desire to reach
out not only to the people of Abilene, but
also throughout our state, country and
world. We think you will find our church to
be a warm, friendly congregation of
believers who support one another
through life's joys and struggles. Our
ministries and mission endeavors are
designed to touch the lives of those
whom we seek to serve, and at the same
time strengthen the church body. This
fulfills that part of our Mission Statement
that states our purpose as being to "equip
and encourage our members to become
functional, maturing, reproducing
followers of the Lord Jesus."
